Fusion IT, LLC is pleased to welcome Nick French and Domenic Parker as its newest Service Desk Technician L1s. Both bring outstanding technical and support-desk experience to their roles.
French and Parker are knowledgeable in configuring and troubleshooting Windows workstations and servers. Their diverse backgrounds also include a wide range of additional skills from network administration to cabling and video surveillance systems. In their new roles with Fusion IT, the pair will provide basic technical support involving Windows’ core business applications and operating systems; networks; and vendor-specific hardware and software.
