Job Title: Appointment Setter

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The purpose of the Appointment Setter is to represent the company by calling on the company’s marketing lists for the intent/purpose of setting appointments for our sales team(s). This individual must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment and have the ability to stay engaged, adapt to and overcome objections quickly with the intent/purpose of setting appointments for our sales team(s). The secondary focus of this position will be to maintain quality funnel records, assist in scheduling/coordinating the marketing campaigns and continually grow in their knowledge/understanding of our products/services in order to promote them within this career.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in generating new qualified leads lists through our outbound marketing campaigns
- Research, create and develop targeted prospect lists
- Maintaining updated and “cleaned” leads lists through our marketing campaigns
- Update all activities, time sheets, sales processes and opportunities within our CRM
- Execute on our marketing campaigns to increase new user acquisitions and conversions
- Successfully follow-up on leads and development for the express purpose of setting a discovery appointment
- Attend all necessary company sponsored or third party sponsored training events
- Attend and/or conduct weekly sales meetings and keep the management team fully informed of funnels, sales progress and/or issues
- Maintain and achieve daily/weekly/monthly quotas

- 2 or 4-year college degree preferred (or attending school currently) and/or 1-2 years of related telemarketing experience (required)
- Highly professional demeanor and a customer-first mindset
- Strong remote and phone sales skills
- Ability to work effectively, efficiently and autonomously with minimal management interaction, a self-disciplined professional
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in overcoming objections with an ability to drive the conversation forward to next steps
- A good listener that can extrapolate information and leverage our resources to effectively take the call to a next step/appointment stage
- Familiar and proficient in Microsoft, including Office365 (additional training will be provided for our other tools/resources)
- Work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation
- Maintain a spirit of “servitude” towards coworkers, prospects and clients
