Job Title:  Client Technology Solutions Advisor

Term: Full Time M-F 8AM-5PM

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The purpose of the Client Technology Solutions Advisor is to represent the company by showcasing and selling the technology services and products we provide to our clients. The primary focus of this position is to work with prospects by scheduling & coordinating onsite appointments, listening to and discovering their needs, advising and delivering cost effective business solutions to manage their technology environments. Ultimately creating relationships for partnering with the prospect to successfully maximize their core business competency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Initiate contact with prospects by canvassing and cold calling targeted prospects as well as through those leads generated by the Marketing Team.
  • Work with prospects to develop a deep understanding of their needs and translate those needs into product requirements that satisfy their demands.
  • Conduct onsite or online presentations that showcase the services and products of the company to prospects.
  • Work with management to develop proposals, quotes, and respond to RFP/RFI documents.
  • Effectively communicate features and benefits of solutions and manage prospect expectations.
  • Manage the complexity of Managed IT services proposals, contracts, lease agreements, and service level agreements.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the service offerings of the company.
  • Perform sales procedures through activities and opportunities in ConnectWise and remain compliant with defined policies and procedures.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Attend weekly sales meetings and ensure sales opportunities are compliant with company policy.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the service catalog and how it relates to customer’s needs.
  • Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.
  • Actively participate in setting Sales Quotas that support the company’s growth objectives.
  • Set strategy and tactics to meet or exceed the Sales quota.
  • Responsible for entering time and expenses in ConnectWise as they occur.
  • Understand processes in ConnectWise by completing assigned training materials and blueprints on the ConnectWise University.
  • Enter all work as activities or service tickets in ConnectWise.

  • Experienced 7+ year managing all aspects of the sales lifecycle with the well -rounded business experience to provide managed services.
  • 2 or 4 year college degree or certifications in the sales and marketing or technology equivalent
  • Strong understanding of client sales dynamics and requirements
  • Thorough understanding of how SMB clients operate to create proposal for effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated level of success in business development and client relationships.
  • Demonstrated achievement of sales and other revenue quotas.
  • Strong understanding and application experience of general business practices, technology systems, cyber security, network infrastructure and telephony solutions.
  • Demonstrated proven success in establishing a sales pipeline, planning and execution of including meeting goals, and client satisfaction.
  • Overcome technical and business objections of prospective clients.
  • Enjoy working with clients and external audiences.
  • High energy and drive with good negotiation skills.
  • Proficient with general office applications.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and customer-centric skills.
  • Skill in preparing written communications and materials.
  • Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customercare.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate data entry.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
