Fusion IT has expanded its capacity to address complex technical issues, 3CX phone systems, security and Windows 10 upgrades with the promotion of Theo Davis from Help Desk Technician L1 to Field Technician L2.

Davis has been serving Fusion IT clients since joining the team in December 2017, demonstrating outstanding technical skills and customer service.  With grant support from the Going PRO Talent Fund administered by West Michigan Works!, he completed additional training in firewall security systems, Microsoft Server management and 3CX phone systems earlier this year.

In his new role, Davis will serve as a mid-level field technician, assisting the Help Desk team by resolving escalated tickets and providing back up coverage.  He will also assist clients in the field with Watchguard firewall maintenance and Windows 10 upgrade management, and provide specialized attention to those clients with unique IT challenges.

In addition, Davis will serve as a secondary technician for FIT Assurance Premium clients as part of a new service offered by Fusion IT designed to give even more dedicated attention to those on the Premium Plan.
