For this Service Desk Technician L1, Hybrid Remote/In-Office Position

Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years’ experience in a technical, customer service, or help desk role with hands-on experience in Active Directory, Office 365 Admin, remote connectivity, and various hardware/software troubleshooting — bonus points if you’re familiar with ConnectWise Manage, N-Able/SolarWinds RMM, or you’ve previously worked in an MSP environment!
