Marketing & Events Coordinator
- Pay Grade: Hourly, Non‐Exempt

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Marketing & Events Coordinator will assist in the promotion of the company and its products and services to existing and prospective clients through the strategic use of online marketing, tracking tools, professional networking sites, coordinated events, and AI lead generation technologies.
As a part of this role, the Marketing & Events Coordinator will also be actively involved in the development of marketing policies, programs, events, and campaigns to execute the vision of “The Spirit of Excellence” for all we do at Fusion IT and Millennia Technologies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to fully understand the products, services, and marketing needs of the organization.
- Gather and compile the materials and literature necessary to help design the annual marketing plan which includes, but is not limited to:
- Social media, Online Media, Print Media, Direct Mail, and other multimedia through:
- Weekly blogs
- Mini Campaigns
- Longer term nurturing campaigns
- Targeted events
- Marketing Events: Assist in the planning, design and execution of events
- Trade Shows: attend and coordinate as needed
- Vendor management
- Coordination of vendor sponsorship and funds collection for events
- Coordination of vendor related materials for these events, such as:
- Signage, Marketing materials, Drawings, and Gift giveaways
- Create and coordinates multimedia packages as directed
- Assist in the creation of a branding strategy for both brands: Fusion IT & Millennia Technologies.
- Work with the CRO and/or Sales Manager to organize and leverage approved product vendor provided Battle Labs.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing information to identify new clients, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns, strategies deployed, and evaluate success upon completion.
- Maintain and report marketing data as directed by the CRO and/or Sales Manager, including activity and opportunity statistics derived from marketing campaigns.
- Record all expenses and time entries for work as activities or project tickets in ConnectWise.
- Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the CRO and/or Sales Manager to develop training programs that further refine the sales team’s skills within the marketing program.
- Develop in‐depth knowledge of the service catalog and how it relates to client’s needs.
- Review publications and online materials to monitor marketing trends within the industry.
- Document and maintain internal processes and procedures for this position.
- Understand processes in ConnectWise by completing assigned training materials and blueprints on the ConnectWise University.
- Perform any and all other duties to the best of one’s ability as assigned by supervision.

- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years, or equivalent, contributing to all aspects of the marketing lifecycle.
- Demonstrated understanding of client marketing dynamics and requirements.
- Fundamental understanding of how clients in the small to medium business market operate.
- Demonstrated level of skill and success in effective marketing communications
- Enjoy working with clients and external audiences.
- High energy and drive with good negotiation skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft O365 and other general office applications.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and client relations skills.
- Interpersonal skills such as: telephony, communication, active listening skills.
- Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate data entry.
- Self‐motivated with the ability to multi‐task and adapt in a fast‐moving environment.
Compensation and Benefits: Salary/Wages commensurate with proven experience.
